Underground Edition - October 2009

Hello there, thanks very much for tuning in this is Bill Everatt, celebrating both my 50th birthday and thirty years in the radio business with news of the latest Celtica Radio Underground Edition, On-Line and Podcased for October 2009.

Andrew John is on the programme from the Pembrokshire studio ranting about a UK council that has got punters bidding for a parking space on e-bay plus other things.
