And in this update: -
Bills special guest is the Singer Songwriter Rosie Ribbons, and Bill talks with her, from her home in Swansea.
No Urban Legends tale this month, instead in continued support of the UK Armed Forces Day which took place in June, Squadron Leader Gary Martin; Executive Officer of the Royal Air Forces No: 4 School of Technical Training at St Athan joins us live in the studio to tell us about the ongoing celebration of our service men and women and their families.
There is a particularly interesting episode of the Chronicles of Little Bibbling under Flossock this month, Andrew John will be telling us more about that.
And in our who said this? we’d like to know who said this; “It may be that the old astrologers had the truth exactly reversed, when they believed that the stars controlled the destinies of men. The time may come when men control the destinies of stars.” The answer is at the end of the show.

Hello there, this is Bill Everatt, with news of the May update of the Celtica Radio Underground Edition, Receivable Worldwide, On-line, On Digital Wireless and on the Nokia Mobile Phone Network.
We start this months show with one of the bands featured in this years Gathering, The Battle of the Bands. They are called the Venue and although they didn’t win, but we thought they were pretty good, so we’ve put them on the main playlist.
And in this programme: -
My special guest is singer and songwriter Hayley Griffiths, our Urban Legends tale features a story called What Value A Looking Glass.
Andrew John is back, with another chance to hear the Chronicles of Little Bibbling under Flossock.
And in our “who said this?” Which was inspired by meeting a few people from another radio station here in South Wales, I’d like to know who said this; “The hardest job kids face today is learning good manners without seeing any.” So, who do you think said that? Any Idea? I’ll give you the answer at the end of the show.
Music wise, we have tracks from; The Boys From Melbourne Street, Roxanne Hall & Avenue Earth, Henry Martins Ghost, Serundal, Recoup and the Battlefield Band.

Hi, if you attended the Gathering at Blaenafon Workingmans Hall on Saturday March 13th, I have some bad news for you.
We’re really sorry about this, but due to circumstances entirely beyond Celtica Radio’s control. Our recording of the event at Blaenafon on Saturday March 13th was destroyed, at the venue before we had even left the building!
I want to stress, that this was not our doing and we were completely unable to prevent the accident from happening, [which was committed by someone wholly unconnected with Celtica Radio.] As you can imagine, I am personally annoyed by this and feel extremely let down too.
Please accept our apologies.
Best regards,
Bill Everatt
Managing Director
Celtica Radio Ltd.
