Footsteps – January 2010

The New Year edition of Footsteps from the Vicarage in Weston-super-Mare, where it is cold, wet and miserable, but there is a very warm welcome here in the studio. In this first programme of the year 2010 we look at Political correctness and Equality and Diversity.   A review of a useful book for those who have been bereaved recently.  It is called Gentle Keeping, written by Maureen O’Brien and is published by Ave Maria Press.  Plus some of my favourite music from the last year, and a short time of prayer towards the end of the programme.

Finchley – This Journey
Alicia Smith – Sha’alu Shalom
Grayson Wray – The mountains in the mist
The Longing – Heal this Land
Karen Shadbolt – Keep on living
Yvonne Perkins – Good morning Jehovah
Marita Brake – Heart in hand
Art Turner – Lost Illusions
Flyfaith – You satisfy me

About Keith Berry-Davies

I am a priest in the Church of England and have recently retired from full time ministry. I'm married and have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. I first got involved in broadcasting when I was in my late teens and have been doing it almost ever since and I hope that I will continue until I really am old and infirm.
