August 19th update of the Underground Edition

Hello again, this is Bill Everatt, back after a little break, with the August 19th update of the Underground Edition, Live this Sunday evening from our studios in the Heart of Wales and also from Canary Wharf in London. Also on demand and Podcasted from Celtica Radio, and as part of the Volts Show Collection of programmes on Radio Freeway too.

In this weeks show, we have an Urban Myth called Two Lonely Travellers.  This is a story concerning a stretch of highway which is actually not far away from our colleagues at Radio Freeway in Swansea, but is it a true story or is it false?  You can decide.

Andy John is taking a break for a while, so until he returns we have a new feature called TV and Film Classics, where we look at the original compositions that were used in, or inspired a sound track or theme.  This week, one that dates back to 1893.

Also, who said this?  “Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.”

Plus we’ve also got some great new music and information on the artists from amongst others Willie McCulloch, Freak Unique, Public Symphony, Jim Bohn, Michael Stollaire, The Blims and Richard X Heyman.
